China Centre continues to deliver globally relevant learning experiences in Shanghai

From 10-13 January, the Centre hosted an intensive Strategy and Competition workshop. Under the guidance of Dr Gianluigi Giustiziero, participants engaged with a distinctive curriculum that seamlessly integrated industrial organisation theory with practical corporate design. The workshop emphasised “designing strategy like an engineer,” equipping participants with a rigorous and systematic framework to analyse competitive dynamics and organisational structure. By bridging cutting-edge academic insight with real-world strategic challenges, the programme offered valuable perspectives for navigating today’s complex business landscape.
