In the afternoon of 8th March 2020, welcome to join a fashion industrial talk given by Ms. Cherry Ying, Senior Business Development & Consulting Manager, Vogue Business China. We’ve also invited Mr. Lawrence Hua, alumnus of MSc Fashion Retailing from The University of Manchester to share his memorable study experience.

3月8日(周日)下午, 时尚行业品牌战略资深顾问Cherry Ying女士将做客曼彻斯特大学中国中心在线分享会,围绕“用文化拯救品牌”的主题,与您一起从时尚行业趋势看品牌文化价值。Cherry将深度剖析近10年国际时尚产业趋势变化,同时解析疫情对时尚产业的影响;随后结合案例分析,与您一起探讨新消费人群及消费观,品牌建设,文化如何拯救品牌等热门话题。不仅如此,我们还邀请到了曼彻斯特大学时尚零售硕士毕业生Lawrence Hua先生与您分享学习体验。

During the event, Ms. Cherry Ying will share with you the fashion trends in the global marketing during the past 10 years as to analyse the impact of the outbreak of novel coronavirus on fashion industry. Later on, she will combine theories with case studies to further discuss about the consumer behaviours, brand shaping, and how the culture saves brands.

多年服装设计与品牌管理经验,曾担任多家女装品牌设计师,品牌总经理,品牌顾问等,作品多次展示于新加坡国际时装周、上海国际时装周、上海外滩18号设计展等。作品曾获Victoria Beckham及国际买家之喜爱。 近年在新消费市场下,专注于协助品牌重塑与建设,促进各类跨界合作、品牌辅导 及带领企业家进行国际交流等,同时也协助优秀本土时尚设计师走向国际舞台,助力行业发展。天猫买手论坛、上海时装周Xshowroom买手圈协会论坛特邀分享嘉宾。

Cherry Ying is a very experienced professional in fashion design and brand management. She has worked as fashion designer, general manager in branding and branding consultant in various women clothing companies. Her design has been displayed in top fashion shows such as Singapore International Fashion Week, Shanghai International Fashion Week and Shanghai Bund 18 design exhibition. Furthermore, her design has been recoginised by international buyers and celebrities such as Victoria Beckham. Under the new consumer market, Cherry has been focus on assisting in brand reshaping, cross-border cooperation, leading entrepreneurs for international exchanges, at the same time also assisting outstanding local fashion designers to gain places in the global market. Moreover, she used to be the guest speaker of Tmall Buyer Forum & Shanghai Fashion Week Xshowroom.
