13 Nov., 2018. Shanghai

On 13th Nov., back by popular demand, Oliver Clark, an experienced Lego Serious Play facilitator ran a workshop for alumni and centre staff regarding how to succeed as a leader. Through playing with Lego toys under various designed scenarios,  completing tasks and following careful instructions, participants adopted a ‘peer learning’ approach, addressing the key issues for those who would like to become a future leader, particularly in the healthcare industry. From specific issues that emerged during the early stages of the session to the end of the reflecting stage, attendees employed divergent thinking techniques to uncover alternative ways to address issues, and gained insight from all the untapped knowledge and experience in the room. The whole session echoes the idea that “when you play lego serious seriously, you will gain serious insight.”
