Diversity and inclusion (D&I) bring together people from different backgrounds, showcase a variety of perspectives and lead to innovation and creativity. A diverse and inclusive workplace is one that makes everyone, regardless of who they are or what they do for the business, feel equally involved in and supported in all areas of the workplace. The “all areas” part is important.

On the evening of 29 Nov., the UoM China Centre invited Scott Roberts, Vice President of Human Resources, Asia Pacific Fashion Luxury, Diversity & Inclusion Leader to share the stories behind his career growth. Meanwhile, Simon Zhou -- alumni of the Manchester Global MBA, DDI UK Target Selection Certified Trainer HR Subject Matter Expert at Enfovia; Linlin Zhang -- Alumni of the Manchester Global MBA, Head of Human Resources at Visteon, China will join the panel discussion to share their thoughts and ideas about D&I at the workplace.
