Nicky spent 8 years in leading advertising agencies both in Germany and China before joining Lenovo. Most recently, he was leading Ogilvy & Mather’s innovation marketing unit and served global and Chinese brands in APAC. Nicky also advises startups on digital marketing and product strategy. His philanthropic work as a social entrepreneur has been awarded by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and McKinsey & Company
