                                        – legal solution for the equity allocation of Startups



On Saturday, May 19, 2018, Legal club will organize the first seminar cooperation with famous University Science parks and incubators. During the afternoon session, our MBA Alumni will present their startups. The Science Park of Shanghai University of Engineering Science will bring entrepreneurial firms exchanges to our club. Youlaw365 will provide on the spot diagnosis for the start-ups.

5月19日下午，曼彻斯特大学中国中心法律俱乐部将首次把MBA的创业者们带入国内大学创业园区进行股权分配问题的讨论，MBA校友们将在活动中展示创业成果，上海工程技术大学科技园将带同园区创业企业共同交流，律派巨匠作为向中小企业提供法律服务的全国性机构将为校友们提供现场诊断。

Fiona worked for the famous luxury brand as China Legal Service Manager for more than 10 years. She got her MBA degree with merit from AMBS in 2015 and completed overseas law school program in 2017. She leads the legal club from 2014 to bring exchanges for legal professionals and MBA. The legal club contributes to the Startups of our Alumni.
