Employment Life Circle under the Supply-side Reform:

Risk Control on Job Entry, Performance and Turnover

In the beginning of 2016, the Finance Minister Lou Jiwei indicated possible revisions to Labor Contract Law while People’s Daily featured two major articles on supply-side reforms: Supply-side Structural Reform Leads New Normal and Don’t Let Zombie Enterprises Get in the Way.

What are the consequences on us? Under the supply-side reform, what course to follow for enterprises most essential asset-human resources?

On Sunday, 17th April 2016, Manchester Business School China Centre has invited Mrs. Ivy Qian, Partner of Shanghai LanBai Law Firm, to share with us her insights on how to adjust the employment life circle of enterprises under the supply-side reform, with a focus on employee job entry, performance and turnover. In the meantime, we've also invited some of our MBS HR alumni to discuss and share insights with us.

The event is contributed by MBS China Legal Club. This club is led by a group of alumni who're lawyers and legal professionals, joined by alumni who're interested in deeper understanding of legal issues and policies.
