MBS GEMBA Thought Leaders Talk Series
Government Relations “Do’s and Don’ts”

The MBS GEMBA Thought Leaders Talk Series is designed for senior professionals who are running their own company, or will take on significant responsibilities with current company, to hear business insights from Presidents, CEOs, or Senior Executives.

When we talk about the government relations, first thing usually comes to people’s mind is “complicated, but very useful”.  If you are a Chinese, things might prove slightly easier, but if you are a foreigner, facing so many government departments, you could get totally confused and lost.

For those who don’t have a GR professional in your office, knowing the basic “Do’s and Don’ts” when you are dealing with Chinese government departments and officials is crucial for your operation in China. on 5th March, MBS China Centre invites Chris Lu, Government Relations Director of Diageo, to share his experiences in GR area, why it is important, and the key steps to start building a relationship with government.
