Ms. Aileen 12 years experience in personal care, cosmetics and fragrance industries. Fragrance development and product marketing at Firmenich and International Flavors and Fragrances serving multiple brands including Unilever, L’oreal, Sheseido, etc.

Former head of SBU Asia at AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry (ICI business for beauty and personal care raw materials and formulation applications). Expertise in product development, branding, E-commerce, digital marketing, and built various brands from zero to one on strategic planning and implementation

 Mr. Andrew is from Hong Kong, he gained his first degree from the University of Warwick in UK, and now he is our Manchester Global MBA Student, July 2019 intake.

 

Andrew has 15 years’ experience in through the line advertising. He is now one of the Senior Partners of Digital Force, a digital consultancy agency that provides total digital solutions for lifestyle brands.

His industry experience includes auto, FMCG, fashion and travel.
