Dr. Lei Zhou 周蕾博士

PhD, MPhil, BSc, ICIOB
UoM Alumnus

Dr Lei Zhou is Chair and Founder of Shanghai Dragonboat Investment Management Ltd. President of Chinese Built Environment Experts Network (CBEEs). He was a senior lecturer in Construction Economics at Faculty of Engineering and Environment, Northumbria University, UK. He obtained an MPhil degree in sustainable construction from University of Manchester. He further gained a PhD degree from Oxford Brookes University.

周蕾博士，上海龙舟投资管理有限公司创始人及董事长, 华人建筑环境专家联盟主席。周蕾博士曾是英国诺森比亚大学工程与环境学院的建筑经济学高级讲师，博士生导师。2004年于曼彻斯特大学获得可持续性建造硕士学位，2009年获得牛津布鲁克斯大学博士学位。
