Essential of Outfits

                           

With the internationalization and globalization, more and more leaders have come to realize the impact of outfit for a business man/woman in the career, leadership, business environment, which is one of the leadership competencies in 21 century.

We will run 7th UOM Leadership Forum focusing on this theme.  The forum will mainly focus on the “Essential of outfit in global environment” to talk about how outfit enhance your personal image, interpersonal skills as well as leadership impact in your career.

On the 23rd April, two external experts will come to the UoM China Centre, to share with us this interesting topic. If you are keen to know the essentials, please pencil in the date on your diary! Bring your voice, view & experience to our MBS Leadership Forum!

About  Speakers and Facilitator: 嘉宾介绍


Derrick Mao
Marketing Director, H&T Group, Shanghai

Derrick Mao is specialised in business development, marketing and sales skills. He holds the MSc of Engineering Design which is awarded by University of Bath, UK.

Derrick found the outfit for a business man is extremely important during the first touch with a new potential partner, multi-round negotiations and final engagement. To Know how to dress in different occasions brings him the confidence and valuable advantages for his career and also leadership in a high-profile group.

Susie Qin
Founder, Goddess Workshop

Susie Qin is the founder and organizer of the Goddess Workshop. It solves the comprehensive problems on how to dress and match the temperament in a stylish way for elite women.

Susie used to work in Siemens China, but to work as an OL is not the real passion from inner voice of her heart. Then she began the adventures to build up her “fashion empire”. She holds an EMBA degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University. She is the industry president of Shanghai fellowship association of chained enterprises.

 

Simon Zhou
Corporate Talent Manager in a UK Chemical Company

Simon Zhou is our MBS Global MBA alumnus. He has a blending 10 years of management experience and expertise in the Talent Management, Leadership Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Human Resources Management. His style quickly brings the “conceptual” down to the “practical.” His high energy and ability to relate to participants results in meaningful, relevant experiences. His ability, to flex and adapt to the needs of groups and cultures, ensures that participants understand and are able to apply their learning to their leadership roles and responsibilities.
