Adding to this, on Thursday 7th June, we have invited Ms. Sandy Wong, VP Consulting and Career Management Practice Leader at Right Management to deliver and insightful session on career development.With over 20 years in corporate leading front-line operations and over 10 years in people management consulting, Sandy's talk will focus on: 1. Strategic Career Management 2. Career Success Model

 

There will also be a panel discussion with invited members of UoM alumni and GMBA current students to share their personal experience.

Sandy is specialized in workforce transition and strategic career management consulting. She is accountable for the related business development and program consulting/delivery in the Greater China region.  Of 30+ years’ work experience, Sandy worked more than 20 years as the leader of different teams including front-line operations, people development with team size up to 80 in multi-national companies and Hong Kong enterprise.

Sandy has been providing workforce consulting including employee transition, strategic change communication, change management; talent development/ leadership assessment center, career management consulting & coaching, talent selection, leadership coaching, performance management cycle, team building programs to over 100 clients throughout the past 16 years consulting experiences.
Sandy is accredited in Hogan Personality Assessment, EMCO Assessment Centre Process, Compass 360 Leadership profiling, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360, Personal Direction of Management Research Group, Birkman Career Profiling and Leader Report of Birkman International Inc. and Leading Change & Change Agility of Right Management.
