黄庆春先生 英特尔(中国)有限公司 亚太区创新(业务)总监 Before joined Intel, Huang Qingchun worked for Agilent Healthcare and Philips Medical Company more than 5 years, was sales manager of Southern China. Huang Qingchun was graduated from Zhejiang University by 2008, and studying EMBA at City University of Hong Kong currently. Healthcare IT is the fast growing market in China, Huang Qingchun and his team focus on this area more than 10 years. They collaborated with ecosystem and users, who’re from hospital, health authority, government and clinic, to engage and develop many healthcare IT solutions in China, such as Regional Health Information Network platform ( RHIN ), Integrated digital Hospital platform ( IDH ), Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in Medical…Success to setup Shanghai Big Data RHIN project, Sichuan grass root medical infrastructure and Medical Imaging deep learning solution in hospital and community care centers. His team also is founder and organizer of HL7-China, HIE-China, Continua-China, China Innovation Enterprise Alliance… Joined China medical standard committees, to help and support government drafting IT standard of healthcare in China. 黄庆春先生,现任英特尔(中国)有限公司英特尔健康和生命科学部 亚太区创新(业务)总监,驻英特尔广州办事处。他自2005年起,加入英特尔(中国)有限公司,历任华南区业务拓展经理,医疗行业中国区总经理等职位,专注于数字医疗领域的市场开发,至今在此行业已有十年以上的工作经验。在加入英特尔之前,黄庆春曾先后在安捷伦科技有限公司及飞利浦(中国)有限公司医疗系统部门工作超过5年,并任华南地区销售经理。 医疗信息化是中国十三五规划中重点发展的领域之一,黄庆春及其团队,不仅见证了现代信息通讯技术在医院、社区和基层诊所的发展,更参与了大规模医疗信息化基础设施的构建,例如区域医疗信息大数据平台,医学影像人工智能等新一代解决方案等的建设与发展等。黄庆春与英特尔健康和生命科学团队时刻关注和积极推动中国医疗与健康信息化的发展,并通过与生态系统各参与方的紧密合作,持续为用户提供更多适合中国医疗信息化发展需求的先进技术和解决方案。

陈巍先生 观山科技研究院院长 Eric started his market research career in 1997 and has since worked for plenty of clients across several business sectors including electronic consumer goods, IT, Telecoms, tourism, entertainment, retail, Finance and FMCG . He has worked with clients on a range of issues, and has abundant experience on Innovation, from market understanding & opportunity identification from perspectives of marketing, market segmentation and positioning, concept & product development, post launch tracking and price research, meanwhile he is also expert in shopper research and customer experience research. He has worked for many global and local leading research groups, e.g. Nielsen, RI, TNS, HCR, etc., and had been the leader of Technology team and Innovation business of TNS Shanghai office.
