Alison has previously held the positions of Teaching Fellow in Marketing within AMBS and was Research Business Manager within the former Centre for Business Research (CBR), the consultancy arm of AMBS. Alison's research interests focus on services marketing and consumer behaviour, with a particular interest in service encounters and service quality evaluation within healthcare. | Speaker: Ms. Wen Shi (Shirley) General Manager of Suzhou Honlilion Clothing Co. Ltd Shirley is General Manager of Honlilion Clothing, a local eneterpize that has focused largely on working with international companies. During her career, she progressed form a sales role to sales management and was promoted to GM of the company for her distinguished achievements.
