Dr. Amedeo De Cesariis a Senior Lecturer in Finance in the Finance and Accounting Group of the Alliance Manchester Business School. Most of his research lies in the areas of corporate finance and corporate governance with a particular focus on dividend payments, stock repurchases, initial public offerings and executive compensation. Over the years, he has taught both Undergraduate and Postgraduate (including MBA) courses in Finance, Corporate Finance and Derivatives.
