Charles Gao
Director of Signium Greater China

Charles Gao is Director of Signium Greater China. He specializes in HR function, Consumer Goods, and Technology practices. Prior to joining Signium Greater China, Charles held the China Managing Director role at a UK listed international executive search firm. Before that, Charles was Director of Adecco Executive Search Service, Shanghai office, and took up the Sales Manager role at 51job.com. As an experienced consultant as well as practitioner, Charles has more than 22 years of intensive experience and held management roles in several industries and functions. In 1999, Charles started his career in the Recruitment Services industry, and in 2006 he decided to focus on executive search. As an active member of the executive search community, Charles is one of the HR Experts recognized by the Shanghai Human Resources Consulting Association (SHRCA).
