Roy Fan is the Investment Associate for Shanghai Shendi Group, the main builder and partner of Shanghai Disney Resort. Roy has 3 years’ education in science, 5 years in history and now he is studying MBA in Manchester Business School. Roy has served Shanghai Shendi Group for 3 years’ project experience in BD and 2 years in investment. Roy has participated in the entire process of Shanghai Village which is the Asia-top outlets, tourist shopping destination nearby the Shanghai Disney Resort.

Meredith has a blending 8 years of B2B key account management experience in automotive industry. She used to work in Bosch Group and recently joined a European Semiconductor company.
Meredith studied Russian back in University while she found strong interest in Business World. Therefore she participated two-Year program in Fudan University to learn international business. And after 6 years working, she started MBS journey. She has participated Yasha for two years on behalf of MBS China and just won highest award together with MBS team from Yasha 2017.

Judy has a blending 11 years of management experience and expertise in the supply chain area and hold a CPSM certification. Besides, she is actively involved in the running race since middle school and has attend the 5th Yasha programme. The 4-person team she joined is the only team which all of the team members finished the race. She has reflected and affected a lot about leadership and teamwork with the personal working experience and this special Yasha experience. Before that she worked as sourcing manager of indirect procurement category, which is to centralize the indirect procurement of 6 Metso China business units.

Fred Tong Fanfan is Engineering Director in Boeing Shanghai Aviation Services Co. Ltd (BSH)., responsible for managing Engineering & Training Departments in BSH. He leads the Engineering Business Unit for about 40 staff as well as the development and daily operation for Engineering & Training Departments. Before joining Boeing Shanghai, Fred served as Deputy General Engineering Manager in one domestic major aviation JV. He was appointed Secretary to RAeS (Royal Aeronautical Society) Xiamen Branch and actively involved in various community programs. Fred holds a MBA Degree from University of Manchester and a Bachelor Degree of Powerplant Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University (China).
Rain Tang
Sales Manager – Optics China
Heraeus (China) Investment Co., Ltd. Rain has over 14 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Photonics industry. She works as sales manager of optics China in a Germany company. Rain got IMBA degree from the UBC University of British Columbia. She attended the sixth desert walk racing and finished the whole racing with all of team members together. This experience is one of the most precious memories for her. She also felt the importance of leadership and team work in these racing activities..

Connie has over 7 years of working experiences in Marketing Communication field in multiple business units at Honeywell, specialized in new product launch, event management, digital marketing, branding, internal and external communications etc. Connie holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Science from East China Normal University and an IMBA degree from the UBC University of British Columbia. She participated in desert challenge this year and finished the race with the whole team. It’s the second time that UBC IMBA joined the race.
